Eeek!! I had no idea this beautiful place existed until I asked a few photographer friends for recommendations on great places to photograph an engagement session in Myrtle Beach, SC. Huntington Beach State Park was absolute PERFECTION—not only did we have the beautiful Atalaya Castle to use as a backdrop, but we also had the entire beach to ourselves! It was an absolutely PERFECT day for this pregnant lady. I got to take my shoes off and enjoy the sand, while hanging out with one of the sweetest couples EVER.

I knew I was getting lucky when Melissa reached out about having me photograph her engagement session. I could just tell that she was so sweet and laid-back, but I had no idea how much I would just fall in love with her and Brian! They were the coolest couple ever, and I don’t know what it was, but they had me feeling so inspired during their entire session! I just kept wanting to try new things and experiment with different poses and lighting, and it was so fun!
