I met Amy and her mom a few months back to talk all things wedding at Starbucks, and I just LOVED hanging out with them. I got to learn more about Amy + Eric, and all the details about their wedding. I also found out that Amy used to dance when she was younger, which is so cool, because I did too! It’s kind of neat because our paths probably crossed at some point. It’s such a small world. <3
I was so excited for her and Eric’s engagement session to finally come, and after a week of beautiful October weather, the engagement session came and it was FREEZING. It was so cold, so windy, and so overcast outside. I assured them that, if they didn’t want to reschedule, the pictures would still turn out great—especially because they had put so much effort into planning. I loved their cute props and especially the canoe we got to use! Poor Amy was freezing, and barefoot the most of the time, but she was such a trooper. Despite being so cold she was still so beautiful and fun to be around!
I was also really excited to meet Eric, since I had already met Amy, and MAN it was a treat. These two are so. so. so. so. so. sweet and so cute together. I loved every second of getting to photograph them (the cold was 100% worth it). I cannot WAIT until their wedding!
Enjoy my favorites from their session!
But first—here’s a fun photo of Amy’s mom and dad being the best parents ever, helping behind the scenes and making everything go so smoothly! They were the best! (Yes, that’s Amy’s mom wiping sand off of Eric’s feet! Haha. I loved it.)
Enjoy! <3
