I went to high school with Ashton, and I remember eating lunch with her while chatting over the woes of high school boys, and the drama that came with them. So to say I am happy she is happy and engaged to Blake is a huge understatement. She is so deserving of a beautiful love story, and Blake is just the perfect fit. <3

This spot we did their session at overlooks Lake Jocassee, and is about 14 miles up the mountain. The road was bumpy and curvy, but the weather was absolutely PERFECT. I had the best time hanging out with them, and even got started on a new coffee craze—we stopped at Chickfila on the way home and on a whim I got a frosted coffee…I won’t tell you how many I’ve had since then. (:
