Ahhh, the magic of Charleston will never get old. Especially when I get to photograph it as a backdrop for sweet couples in love. I got to visit a venue I’ve never been to before for this session, and it didn’t disappoint. We started off the session in downtown Charleston and then we headed to McLeod Plantation, which is where Denton + Brandy are getting married.

Since I hadn’t ever been there before, we thought it would be a good idea to use the beautiful property for engagement pictures as a way for me to scope it out before the wedding. I absolutely LOVED walking the grounds with Brandy—she is so passionate about this plantation and loves how historical it is.
