We came close to canceling this session due to a chance of rain, but I’m so glad we didn’t. The day ended up being absolutely beautiful! The sun came out and the weather was perfect. I knew Mike from college, but this was my first time meeting Nikita…and I fell in love with her! (: She was so sweet, kind, and thoughtful—she even brought me an Easter basket full of candy as a thank you for taking their pictures! How lucky am I to have so many wonderful clients?

The session took place on the grounds of the South Carolina State House, and we even had a special someone let us inside the State House after hours…so we had the entire place to ourselves! These two are so cute together and were a dream to shoot with. We turned on some music and they danced the time away. It was one of the most romantic things I’ve ever experienced during a shoot.
