I searched and searched for a great Christmas tree farm in North Carolina for all of my NC friends, and man you guys…I stumbled upon a GEM in York, SC. Penland Christmas Tree Farm is just outside of Charlotte, and it is the most beautiful Christmas tree farm I’ve ever seen! (And yes, I’ve seen a lot of Christmas tree farms! haha.)

I’m still not over how absolutely stunning this place is. It is seriously breathtaking! Not only that—it was a joy working with the owners. They were extremely organized and made the entire process easy for me and for all of my clients. I can’t recommend this tree farm enough for anyone looking for a Christmas tree, or for photographers looking for an incredible backdrop.
