Small, Intimate Wedding at Wavering Place | Morgan & Allie

This wedding was originally supposed to happen on March 28, 2020—right as the coronavirus was making its debut into our lives. It was my first rescheduled wedding and I was so, so bummed. Not only because I had been excited for this wedding for so long, but because I felt terrible for Morgan & Allie. Wedding planning is stressful enough—adding in the coronavirus pandemic is a NIGHTMARE.

But let me tell you—these two handled it with so much grace. They moved their date to July 11th with the hopes that numbers would be down by then. Unfortunately, that wasn’t exactly the case, so their big, beautiful wedding turned into a small, intimate affair. And friends, it was absolutely amazing. It was a day full of so much love with their very immediate family and friends.

It might not be the way they originally imagined it, but they made the absolute best of it and I was so incredibly grateful to be a teeny, tiny part of it all. I’m going to stop here and let the images take over and speak for me.

Thank you so much Allie & Morgan, and to both of your families for being so kind, and joyful, and thoughtful. It was a day I will forever remember.
