Tess + Jordan | Cliffs at Glassy Mountain Wedding

June 5, 2017

Before I even met Tess at her engagement session, I knew I was going to love her. She is so sweet, and so kind, and so thoughtful. I had so much fun with her and Jordan the first time I met them, and they still hold the record for the longest engagement session I’ve ever had. (See those photos here.)

Their wedding day was full of a lot of love and only a little rain. It was chilly at the top of Glassy Mountain, but their joy was fierce and their laughs genuine. <3 This wedding will forever be special to me. Not only because every detail was so thought out and meaningful (and made me cry on multiple occasions throughout the day), but also because of the friendships I made with Tess + Jordan because of it. I am SO happy for these two, and I am so smitten to be sharing these sweet moments from their day with you!

Enjoy my favorites! (I posted way more photos than I usually do, but there are so many more special moments from their wedding I wasn’t able to post. Reach out to Tess + Jordan and see if they’ll share the entire gallery with you to see all the photos!)

Vendors who helped make their day so special:
Venue & Catering: Cliffs at Glassy Mountain // Planning & Coordination & Florist: Amazing Moment Weddings // Videographer: Josh Rainwater // Cake: Publix // Invitations & Paper Goods: Minted // DJ & Officiant: Alan Brown // Dress: Bridals by Lori // Groom’s Attire: Macy’s, Calvin Klein // Groomsmen Attire: Studio Suits // Hair & Makeup: Tara Cater // Bride’s Shoes: Belk, Betsy Johnson // Caricature Artist: Caricatures by Catherine

Did you miss Tess’ beautiful bridal portraits? We did them at the venue the day after a huge storm, and she was such a trooper in that dress, because it was FREEZING and so windy. Of course, she still looked stunning—that girl would look beautiful standing in the middle of a tornado! Check out my favorites here.

  1. […] I had the best time at this session loving on him and getting to catch up with his sweet parents. (It feels like just yesterday I was photographing their wedding!) […]
