I’ve done many bridal sessions at these beautiful gardens in Columbia, but this was my first engagement session here and I was so excited about it!
When I walked up to the gardens at the start of the session, the gates were LOCKED. We couldn’t get in! Closed for a private event, the sign said. I was so bummed. There are other great options in Columbia for pictures, but I was so looking forward to this spot for Evans and Anna!
Thankfully, we were able to pull a few strings and make it happen!! My husband had a connection with someone who works on the property, so I gave them a call and they got us in. We were so excited!
I couldn’t wait to finally meet Evans and Anna! They were both so, so sweet and laid back. We strolled through the gardens and just had a good time getting to know each other. You can tell by looking at the photos how much they love each other. They look like they were made for each otherâlike the very best of friends. <3
Enjoy my favorite portraits of them! I can’t wait for their wedding.
