Last year when the flood happened in Columbia, Lorin put together a team of photographers who volunteered to offer sessions to families who had lost everything. That’s how I met her, and I’m so glad I did! After all of that settled down, she reached out and asked me to lunch, and that was that—we became friends! Her friendship means a lot to me, and I’m so thankful to have met her!
You can check out her photography work at her website here.
And guess what? Not only is she a fabulous friend and photographer…she’s also….EXPECTING! She told me the day of the session, so of course we had to grab a few shots of her baby belly! She is a great mom, and I’m so excited to see her grow another little human being that is as precious as her current one!
Enjoy some of my favorites of this family of 3…soon to be 4!

[…] A big thank you to Lorin for taking the group shots for us! (You’ve probably seen her name on some of my blog posts as being a second shooter for some of my weddings!) She is a dear friend, and so, so appreciated! Before she grabbed a few shots of us, I was lucky enough to be able to photograph HER (and her sweet family)! You can check those out here! […]
