This has to be my 20th session at the Columbia, South Carolina State House this year (kidding). I have fallen in love with shooting there, and it doesn’t matter how many sessions I do, each one is so different and unique from the others (which is why I keep going back)! You’d never know from the pictures that this cute little area is in the middle of such a huge city.
Gabbie + Matthew were so, so, so much fun! It was such a pleasant Saturday afternoon, and not TOO hot yet. I fell in love with her dress and how cute they looked together. I grew up dancing with Gabbie (this girl has got MOVES), and went to high school with Matt, so it is an absolute privilege to be photographing such a sweet time in their lives. I am just in love with their engagement pictures and can’t WAIT until their wedding day. I know it’s going to be a good one! Enjoy my favorites. (:
This one was Matt’s idea. I decided to caption it: “When you tell bae he has to take engagement pictures and he tries to run.”
Haha! Most guys absolutely HATE taking photos (my husband included), but I always try to make it as easy as possible for them! It was nice having a couple who had so much fun in front of the camera. They were just great!
