Devyn’s dad stood up to say a few words before everyone got up to make their plates, and it was so sweet. He talked about how much he loved Devyn, and was so happy for her and Rick. He even pulled one of her first baby dresses out of a bag and held it up for everyone to see. He said she would always be his little girl.

Devyn + Rick had their ceremony at First Baptist Church in Lexington, and then headed to the River Center at Saluda Shouls for the reception. Even though it was in the middle of July In Columbia, SC, the weather wasn’t too terrible. I’ve definitely had hotter wedding days, and we actually had a cool breeze! The entire day was very stress-free thanks in large part to Devyn’s mom—I could tell she read everything I sent them leading up to the wedding day, because she was 100% prepared and knew what to expect from me. I WAS SO HAPPY.

I am so, so, so happy for Devyn + Rick, and can’t believe their wedding day has come and gone. Enjoy some of my favorite photos!!
